Hashtag Framework

These files contain only the /hashtag/ directory for a #WebApp.    To upgrade a #WebApp to the latest stable version of the Hashtag Framework, replace the existing /hashtag/ directory with a new version.    Dev and Test versions include new features, but are not yet confirmed stable.
